Dr Christopher Breuer, one of the pioneers of Tissue Engineered Vascular Grafts (TEVGs) and Dr Hibino’s research mentor, visits Johns Hopkins / Baltimore to give a Department of Surgery Grand Rounds talk.

8th Johns Hopkins Annual Cardiovascular Research Retreat

The 8th Johns Hopkins Annual Cardiovascular Research Retreat was held on Friday, May 19 2017, at the JHU Bloomberg School of Public Health, on the 2nd floor Sommer and Feinstone Auditoriums. Dr Hibino is one of the invited speakers and gave a talk “Use of 3D printing for Generating Multicellular Cardiac and Vascular Tissues“. Chin Siang presented a poster “Biomaterial-Free Three-Dimensional Bioprinting of Cardiac Tissue using Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell Derived Cardiomyocytes“.
